As the event gets closer it gets harder to quickly answer everyone's e-mails so for you benefit and ours please read the below frequently asked questions before e-mailing. Where is the event location?
The Detroit Bike week will be located at the Multi-Lakes Conservation Association in Commerce Township, Michigan. If it's not here, it's not an official Detroit Bike week® location. 

How do I become a vendor at Detroit Bike week®?
We are currently booking vendors for the 2011 Detroit Bike week®. If you're interested in becoming a vendor in 2011 you can click on the vendors tab on the left side of your screen or e-mail info@detroitbikeweek.com and give us your company name, contact name, phone number, mailing address or e-mail address and a brief description of what you sell and we will contact you.

Ticketing and On Site Ticketing

Is there a fee or cost to get in?
YES, The ticket fee is $10 per person Daily Friday, Saturday & Sunday. However, Weekend passes are available at for $15 at www.detroitbikeweek.com 

Is the registration fee per person or per bike?
All ticket fees are per person and are good for the duration of the event July 28th- 31st. Day and Weekend passes are available. Everyone must have a valid ticket. Once on site, the ticket will be turned in for a wristband which must be worn for the duration of the event. Lost wristbands are non replaceable. Damaged or tampered wristbands are void

What are the hours of operation?
Detroit Bike Week Hours

Friday - 4pm - Midnight
Saturday - 10am - Midnight
Sunday - 10am-5pm

I've lost my advanced ticket, what do I do?
We can reissue tickets only if you have an order ID # and photo ID or the credit card used to purchase your tickets.

The person I was bringing to the rally when I ordered my ticket will not be attending. How do I change the name to the person who will be using the ticket?
We do not care who uses the event ticket. NOTE: Only the first copy of the ticket presented will be honored.

Duplicate Tickets?
Duplicate tickets will not be honored. The first ticket through the scanner will be allowed access. Please read the "Terms and Conditions" carefully and keep your ticket in a safe place. NOTE: Only the first copy of the ticket presented will be honored.

Where can I park other vehicles?
We will provide an area. Parking is Free.

Traffic Rules and Questions

Where can I park my car or truck?
In the Free parking area.

How will you keep the traffic moving and not bunching up?
We have substantially increased the number of traffic officers for safety, to keep traffic moving and to keep roadways clear. This is an item that is watched closely by the event staff.

What about more motorcycle parking space?
We have 130 acres to work with to have enormous motorcycle only parking lots! That means we have more than enough of close-in and convenient to activities, “motorcycle only” parking space.

General Questions

Is the Detroit Bike week a Harley-only event?
NO! The Detroit Bike week is wide open to ALL bikes and bikers are welcome, just like Sturgis, Daytona, etc. Everybody’s welcome.

What's with the processing fee for credit cards registration fees online?
3% - E-commerce is not really expensive, but it's not exactly free either. You're more than welcome to avoid the processing fee by sending in your preregistration form via US mail.

How can I get on your E-newsletter list or mailing list?
Click here add me to your email list on the home page and you are done for the news letter! If you want to be on the mailing list for brochures, email info@detroitbikeweek.com or anyone on the contact us page.

Bike Show Questions

How much does it cost to enter the bike show?
Entering your bike in any of the bike shows is $15.00. However, the entry fee includes entry into Detroit Bike Week.

When is the bike show judging and when will the winners be announced?
Judging is from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Saturday: Winners will be announced immediately afterwards. Times subject to change

Do you give prizes to the winners of the bike show?
Yes, cash prizes & trophies.

Vendors

How early can I sign up to be a vendor at the Detroit Bike week?
We usually send out the vendor info literature for the following year's event before the end of December. If you want to be added to our mailing list, visit our contact us page and give us your postal mailing address. You can also find our vendor info elsewhere on this web site. Please be advised that all available vendor spaces are first come, first served.

I want to be a vendor at the Detroit Bike week. Are there any goods or services that are not allowed for sale there?
For one good reason or another, we can not allow vendors to sell guns (but knives are okay).

Is there a list of vendors?
The Vendors page on our website there is a link to the list. There are also floor-plans displaying the location of the confirmed vendors.

Church Services

Are there any worship services planned?
Yes, on Sunday at 10:00 AM, worship services will be conducted on the Main Stage area

Camping

How much is tent camping?
There are numerous camping sites located nearby Multi-Lakes.  Please go to www.detroitbikeweek.com and click on the camping tab
